- Bachelor's degree in at least one of these subjects: Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Zoology, Agriculture, Forestry.
- OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science).
- Candidates must meet physical standards (Height, Chest, and Walking ability) as per BPSC norms.

Selection Process: The selection will be based on a Written Competitive Examination, Physical Standard Test (PST), and Interview.
