- Passed 10th (Matriculation) Standard from any recognized board in India.
- Candidate should be a domicile of the State/UT falling under the Regional Jurisdiction of the Recruiting Office.
- Should be proficient in the local language of the state.
- Note: Graduates and higher degree holders are not eligible for this post.
